Large Vintage Black Storage Jar W103 x D12 x H47cm The heavy brass hardware isShanxi, circa 1920 This large, wide shouldered stoneware jar would have been used for storing wine or foodstuffs in Shanxi province, where is was made around the early 20th century. It is finished in a black glaze over a textured, ribbed surface. Great for garden decoration in sthe summer months or as an unusual large vase or planter indoors. Note that there is an old surface crack towards the bottom of the vase (shown in the final image), so the jar
