60's/70's Black and White Dress with Ruffled Collar pencil skirt Hanging from a tight gold1960s 1970s black & white print polyester dress. Come with matching cloth belt. Buttons up the front with large buttons in the same print as the dress. The dress has a 4. 5" ruffled collar, and 3" ruffle at cuff. Measurements: 36" bust, 38" waist, 40" hips. 36" shoulder to hem, 32" back to neck to bottom of sleeve.
