Pinot Noir Gorge, 2023 hamper Style: RoséThis new red cuve from Yann is made with organic Pinot Noir grapes sourced from a neighboring grower. Whole bunch macerated and fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel, the wine was aged on lees and bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur. Lighter than the Rouge de Pinot Noir, its bursting with crunchy red berries and cherries, making it perfect slightly chilled. For the best experience, allow it to open up before drinking.
