This blade has been compound ground which helps keep the knife lite and it cuts like a laser

This is a large brisket knife ( all around outdoor cooking) forged from 52100 high carbon steel

The 2 3/4 inch blade of the knife is my FFWs pattern Damascus out of 1084 and 15n20

so this is one of his designs that I tweaked and modified to my style

The blade is 8 5 8 inches long with a 2 5 16 inch heel, the overall length is 13 1 16 inches. This blade has a tumbled finish which starts the patina process. The handle is formed from Grip Tec which is a rubberized material that retains 90% of its grip when wet , this keeps the knife comfortable and in control even in messy conditions.
