Dry and mouthwatering, with saline lift, bright acidity, mineral tension, and a long citrus finish. Winemaking Fruit was harvested by hand at night on September 17, 2024, then whole cluster pressed, cold settled, and barrel fermented in French oak barrels and puncheons. The wine completed Malolactic fermentation and was aged in French oak for 18
