I Vicini Favorita, 2018 Australia produced with love by motherSmells like peaches, and tastes like apricots, that were picked just before reaching full maturity. Its savoury, certainly zippy, and deliciously bitter from that two week whole bunch skin contact, totally refreshing. Intensely aromatic but also very light and unlike most of Jean Yves wines. Would definitely drink this on its own, but if pairing with something to eat it would go so well with seafood, or otherwise with spiced south east asian inspired
