Ne Fais Pas Sans Blanc, 2021 under-30 Producer: ValfaccendaChardonnay and Grenache Blanc from a 30 year old vineyard of limestone rich soils. Grapes were directly pressed and aged for one year in oak barrels. Much like the 'Equilibriste' cuve of last year, the wine is pleasingly rich but held together by a strong line of acidity that brings tension. A versatile bottle on any table.
