Barbera Del Monferrato, 2019 speedy-15 Reflecting the cooler vintageFinally, a big Italian red, for all your upcoming meat or cheese parties. Made on Paolos small estate in Piemonte from destemmed grapes, fermented in steel with natural yeasts. 10 14 days maceration, pressed, back in steel to finish fermentation. 20% of the juice went into old 500L barrels Tonneau. At 15%, and with the care gone into producing, this wine is a lot of fun.
