Jackson Brooke - Chardonnay 2019 750ml special~blobfish bottled in 1996 to commemorate"A linear, cool climate Chardonnay with a flavour profile towards citrus. Crushed and pressed with 1 5 fermented in new French Puncheon, 4 5 in stainless tank. Fermented on solids and allowed to sit on gross lees for 8 months before racking and bottling without fining or filtration."
