Bodegas Nekeas Chardonnay 'Cuvee Allier' 2024 Extra Virgin Olive Oil Marcel Giesen and Sherwyn VeldhuizenIn production since 1995, Conchas premium Chardonnay comes from Maietas, a 3. 3 hectare vineyard of 35 year old vines (as of 2025). The southeast facing site sits at 600 m on poor, pebbly red clay soils. The must receives 12 hours of pre fermentation skin contact before a spontaneous fermentation in new French oak casks. The wine then ages in barrel for 57 months and undergoes full malolactic conversion. Just 12,000 bottles are produced. Bodegas
