We present to you The Best Vest, an up cycled floral quilted vest, as clean on the outside as the inside with fully bound seams and edges with pink accenting pocket bag and yokes. We took our favourite teal 6oz oilcloth and got it custom quilted to 4 different assorted wool blend liners with a thin layer of batting
