La Dame de Bouard - Saint-Emilion 2018 750mL COL-Cellar To make this beerCoralie de Bouard was born on the Chateau Angelus estate of which she is a co owner. She is a passionate winegrower and has been trained in the winemaking techniques and methods of her father Hubert de Bouard. She acquired this 30 hectare (74 acre) property and named it Clos de Bouard. It is well oriented and has an excellent clayey limestone terroir in the grand cru classe estates. Its wines display lovely deep, dense robes with fresh, really ripe
