Pet Nat, 2021 stock-2 PortugalGrapes: ArintoChristine's Pet Nat is like a summer breeze, bursting with pears, peaches, and citrus, all lifted by delicate floral notes. Soft and round on the palate with a fine, elegant mousse. The grapes are direct pressed and fermented in stainless steel without temperature control, then bottled before fermentation finishes for that signature pet nat fizz. Naturally unfiltered and undisgorged.
