The WOD Life - Weight Vest - 10Kg "size-xl" Comfortable waistKeeping the weight in close proximity to the centre of your torso, means you move smoother and get more out of your workout. Made from super strong, rugged and durable nylon this vest has a velcro strap with metal loop that secures around your body keeping the vest firmly in place. Vest comes with 10Kg (22pounds) worth of removable 1Kg steel weights which can be placed with up to 3Kg at the front of the vest and up to 7Kg at the back of the vest.
