but we only lived here for about a year before landing upon another project

we also took on many new projects to expand upon the original design

just 5 months before our daughter was due to be born

It was built in the early 50’s as a small neighborhood church and was likely left abandoned for some time

Louise Cottage Renovation but we only lived hereIn 2021 we purchased a two story duplex with a standalone concrete block cottage in the rear. We started by updating the 100 yr old duplex and then shifted to the cottage the following year. The small structure was already set up with plumbing and had sound walls, but needed to be fully remodeled and reimagined.
