A blend of organic Trebbiano, Malvasia and Grechetto Bianco from old vines overlooking Lake Bolsena, it spent a week macerating on skins before being pressed off to chestnut barrels for a year. Energetic yet delicate with yellow plum, smoke and pleasing mineral overtones, it surely hits that sweet spot of finesse, complexity and yumminess
