Real beer, made with proper ingredients, no corners cut and focused on flavour. It was a bold move to land on an aggressively hopped, crystal and biscuit malt loaded American IPA but the reception was positive. Quickly it become the flagship, a totem of the movement, fresh IPA. Many years and many iterations later, we've gone back to the original recipe. Cascade, Citra, Simcoe and Centennial. With
