Zipped chest pocket that serves as a garment storage bag, with reinforced carabiner clip. One step adjustable hood that does not interfere with peripheral vision. Resistant semi elastic cuffs; drawstring at the bottom of the garment. Reflective logo on the chest, left side, and on the back of the collar. Can be worn over a base layer or a light mid layer.
