Chateau Tanunda - The Chateau Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 750ml BB24 gentle extraction during 18 days"Selected from the finest 32 rows of Cabernet Sauvignon on our estate vineyard in the cool climate of the Eden Valley. Winemaking The grapes are destemmed, but not crushed, and spend seven days on their skins in open fermenters with regular battonage to more gently extract colour, flavours and tannins. Following fermentation, the wine is carefully basket pressed prior to maturation in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels for 18 months.
