Blonde Crow - Fiano 750ml Size:Single How about our Carwyn Cellars"Fiano is an Italian variety that is ideally suited to making an aromatic and textured wine. In order to capture the essence of this variety we wanted to do the least amount to it. 90% was fermented in older French oak and was kept on the yeast lees to build texture and palate weight. AROMA: Beautifully aromatic; smells like a freshly made wine. Has lovely summer fruit aromas of fresh pineapple and ripe golden delicious apples. PALATE: Great flavour
