Lapis Luna - Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 750nl special~blackbox Château Lestage Darquier has been"Full body, firm tannins, flavourful with balanced acidity, dry fruits with light touched of spice and blueberry with ripe cherries and a mouthfeel that's firm, velvety and satisfyingly smooth. All of the fruit was gently destemmed and crushed, then inoculated. Each fermentation was pumped over twice daily, with the temperature peaking at 90 F.
