Produced from a high altitude plot of Petite Sirah grown on clay, limestone, and streaks of blue marl, the grapes were destemmed and left to ferment on skins for two weeks, before a long, gentle levage in old barriques over three years. Dense yet lifted, it channels the rugged energy of the Ardche with quiet intensity.
