I have to confess I’m not the greatest fan of Professor Adams’ work
unrecognisable to collectors of his late twentieth century croft houses
I bought this from the great Grant Waters the author of the eponymous Art Dictionary and it has hung in my last two houses
as he is internationally collected and sits in many public collections including the Tate and what’s more was a much respected professor of painting at the Royal Academy Schools
eventually becoming the official painter to the French Navy
