Now run by the 5th generation of Hidalgos, who make legendary world renowned Sherries. This one the Gobernador Oloroso (which is the richest style of dry Sherry) is a wine that can stand up to just about anything. In the UK people tend to think of Sherry as something for the beginning or the end of a meal, but this one is an exceedingly good food wine.
