Weightless fingers, 2023 Artwork Each variety spent four daysBursting with refreshing energy, this ros delivers layered notes of aniseed, grapefruit zest, and bergamot. Crafted from ripe Grenache and Grenache Blanc grapes, the blend underwent a slow, vertical press before fermenting in fiberglass tanks, with a light levage on the lees over winter and spring. Its delicate fruit, pale hue and complex bitterness make the wine feel more like a unique white than a typical ros.
