Sang Bleu, NV White Blend gentle rosatoJammy, spicy and oaky, this is a particularly generous beer from the lambic pioneers. Here the base lambic is blended with haskap berries, giving the beer a really attractive deep purple colour. On the palate, its bursting with sweet berry fruit, but balanced by a lively citrusy acidity, with carob and chocolate like bitterness too, making for a complex and deep still very drinkable beer.
