Smith & Hooper - Pinot Grigio 2022 750ml Size:Single an easy drinking yet characterful"The Smith & Hooper Pinot Grigio shows the purity of our Wrattonbully vineyards and the delicacy and flavour of the variety. Grapes were gently pressed to minimise colour and tannin extraction from the pink skins. Fermentation proceeded on full solids, conducted by yeast indigenous to the vineyard. The wine was then left on its lees until preparation for bottling. Pale straw in colour with green hues. Aromas of fresh pear juice with hints of red apple
