There is very little cake, and lots of crumbs. The crumbs are baked on the cake, so some of the crumbs are hard and a lot of them fall into the cake while baking. The cake is a simple dense vanilla cake (we would NOT call this cake moist). This is NOT like a bakery style crumb cake. You will receive a 9 inch cake, wrapped in cello and placed in our bakery
