Along with the most known bears, cats and dogs the company also developed some other very interesting characters. Smardy Fox hand puppet is a great example of a forest animal that Steiff turned into a handsome and playful toy. Based on a fox that is featured in a children's math book, this puppet was finely handcrafted in Germany between 1964 1978 and uses the nicest mohair plush.
