The wines produced from Gaglioppo, the regions drought resistant red grapes, which are grown on clay limestone soils near the sea, and then fermented and aged for several months in steel tanks after twelve hours skin maceration. Enticing aromas of wild strawberries, and a saline palate with mineral depth.
