Vin Dzi, 2022 Moscato before ageing in a mixtureA really expressive and vibrant white from Jura. A blend of equal parts of Chardonnay and Savagnin from their three parcels in Arbois, Molamboz and Montigny ls Arsures, half of which is pressed directly, with the remainder destemmed and added to the vat to infuse for three weeks before being pressed off to tank for a year. Theres notes of ripe orchard fruit, citrus of various kinds, and hints of spice and minerals to add complexity.
