Orbital Oasis starts off with a tweaked water profile, a new (to us) yeast, and a Citra, Strata, and Mosaic hop bill. Aromas of citrus zest and pine lead to crisp flavors of dried orange peel, apricot fruit snacks, and gentle mango papaya with a resinous piney grass and an incredibly drinkable finish."
