Bonal Gentiane-Quina Tequila wormwood and quassiaProduced by Maison Dolin since the 1860s, near the French Alps, this elegant mistelle based Quinquina (also known as "Kina": an aperitif wine with cinchona) is made from an infusion of cinchona, gentian and herbs of the Grande Chartreuse mountains. Medium bodied texture, the bitterness of gentian and chinchona with flavours of honey, plums and herbs. Enjoy neat (chilled), on ice with a twist, or as a cocktail ingredient. France. 750 ml. 16% abv.
