If you're short on time, you can bake it in a preheated oven at 20C (68F) for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, without opening the oven door, increase the temperature to 180C (350F) and bake for 25 minutes. Brush with a beaten egg yolk 10 minutes before it's done.
