Müller-Thurgau Löss 2015 The Explorer PackageThe Pinot Gris dances through our glass in a fresh, sunny yellow with delicate green tinges. Green pear, almond, elderberry, wild herbs and not quite ripe apricots fly towards us on the nose. A light mineral note gives the characterful Pinot Gris Loess something light footed and carefree with a light yeast note. The wine was harvested early, fermented and thus matured dry. Its stimulating acidity and its freshness ensure that it flows like a mountain
