Here we mainly have sandy soils with a bit of alluvial sand and clay. These are Vajras sandiest soils, and Giuseppe Vajra says a walk through the vineyard actually feels like a walk on the beach! These sandy soils naturally contribute to the magnificent finesse and aromatic diversity of Coste di Rose. This is followed by a 20 month aging
