Clandestin: Austral 2022 Wein Wolf almost black color and aAUSTRAL (Latin for southern) uses grapes exclusively from south facing, similar plots with comparable soils to reflect the Aube terroir. Spontaneously fermented with native yeasts, the base wines are first aged for up to 10 months in 300 liter wooden barrels before maturing on the lees in the bottle for at least 15 months. No dosage is added.
