58° Merlot 2022 sour cherryMerlot is the outlier. The rest of our 58 line is Burgundian Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay but Merlot belongs further west, in Bordeaux. We grow it on the same Auggener Liesten slope, where the calcareous loess loam and gradients up to 58 push the vines to work for it.
