Das fngt damit an, dass dieser nach Champagner Art gemachte Franciacorta ausschlielich im Stahltank ausgebaut wird. Manch einem wird da das gewohnte Barrique Aroma fehlen. Wir sind jedoch schlichtweg begeistert. Die Trauben werden selektiv von Hand gelesen (Krbe von max. 18 kg). Die durchschnittliche Jahresproduktion betrgt: 3. 500 Flaschen Hektarertrag: 95 Doppelzentner
