They evoke warm apricots, lemon tart, candied pineapple, mango, and ginger. A hint of mint and floral notes of white blossoms are accompanied in the finish by toasted aromas from the barrels. The wine ferments for 10 12 months in the aforementioned new French barrels and then spends about 6 months in stainless steel tanks. The ARS MAGNA in the wine's name comes from
