Minus 8 Vinegar IP8 Beer, 200ml flavoured olive oil Its bigger brother The ProQIP8 beer vinegar is made with ice wine and IPA style beer. Its produced in small batches at the Minus 8 vineyard in Canada. The complex flavour and hoppy aromas will delight any beer drinker. The amber coloured vinegar is rich and sweet with lingering acidity. There are notes of roasted barley, brown sugar and pineapple. Its designed to be used fresh, so there is no oak aging involved. IP8 beer vinegar adds depth to casseroles and braised meat dishes.
