Cut with limestone water from the legendary mines in Rosendale, NY and non chill filtered for the deepest flavour. The aroma of cardamom, pineapple and orange, while the taste profile hints at maple, almond and apricot. The finish rounds out with white pepper and basswood. This is a spicy summer rye
