Constructed of an aluminum shell, the exterior retaining an olive drab wool liner, the latter fastening closed with four metal snap buttons, wrapped with a multi piece black leather strap fitting through an aluminum stud which emanates from the base of the shell and fastening with a magnetic metal buckle at the top, the shell with a threaded neck retaining its matching aluminum cap affixed to the strap with an
