Certified organic with maturation taking place in French oak hogsheads (15% new) for a period of 10 months. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a bright purple red hue. Aromas of morello cherry and liquorice mix with earth, dried herb and leather notes. Juicy dark cherry and red liquorice fruits are
