A mix of Calera, Abel, and Pommard clones, these vines sit at 180 metres above sea level, facing due east conditions that help retain incredible freshness and lift in the fruit. Handpicked and meticulously sorted, the fruit was destemmed and fermented in small stainless steel vessels, spending just
