The tabs are constructed of silver bullion insignia on red wool; illustrating one eagle above crossed branches with raised wire accents representing the veins of the wreath; four sides trimmed in silver bullion; late issue cardboard backer; measuring 60 mm x 44 mm; overall slightly salty but otherwise near extremely fine condition.
