The moderate growing provided the ultimate ripening conditions for developing and capturing the true varietal character of Sauvignon Blanc. This fresh zesty example of Sauvignon Blanc has lifted aromas of fresh grass and citrus with a crisp refreshing palate that is complemented by lovely mouth watering acidity. After crushing the free run juice was cold
