An Oak Leaves and Swords Clasp to the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross, 1957 Version consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac with some discolouration from oxidation(Eichenlaub und Schwertern zum Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes). Constructed of a silvered alloy, the obverse consisting of three overlapping oak leaves situated above a pair of crossed swords, the reverse retaining two malleable attachment prongs retaining a period original shortened length of neck ribbon, unmarked, measuring 24. 56 mm (w) x 28. 13 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
