Constructed of toned bronze, on loop for suspension, the obverse bearing a raised eye of providence above a date of 1812, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of , , (NOT FOR US, NOT FOR US, BUT IN THY NAME), unmarked, measuring 23. 81 mm in diameter, weighing 6. 4 grams, one of 7,606 bronze medals struck, in near extremely fine condition.
