1996 Avon American Stars Tac Pin Sun Burst It measures approximately 2¼” xAvon introduced the American Stars tac pin in 1996. This pin is a gold tone display of a patriotic stars. The stars vary in size and style from red, white, and blue enamel, to gold tone open work, to stars with rhinestone centers. The stars are set on a polished and textured exploding firework base. The pin is marked Avon and measures 1 x 1. It is in excellent vintage condition.
